Location: Rachel Carson College Red Room and Plaza
A Health and Wellness program where we talk about physical and mental health as a college student. We will include fitness and meal tips, a smoothie bar, a body positive approach to wellness, as well as tips for mental health during stressful times. We will also create a labyrinth for residents to center themselves during the middle of the week and to meditate on the rest of the year.
