Importance of self care

When you are buried with school, work, and personal issues, it’s hard to take time for yourself. Self care is when you step back and rejuvenate your emotions, body, and mind. Remember that in order to be at your best, you need to feel your best. Please practice self care as needed throughout the year.
Examples of self care:
Go for a run/ work out
Read a good book
Catch up on sleep
Eat a nice snack
Listen to music
Talk to friends
